Factory Suzuki Rockstar Makita 450 RMZ bike.

What´s your opinion of the new bike Chad ?

 

And what do you fans ( including me )  Think about the new bike?

 

(My own opinion ) Honestly i dont have a clue, cause i haven´tt ride a Factory bike, but i have tested a 450F RMZ and the bike is unbelivable good stock ( my eyes where focus straight on the fueld injection and the ergonomics and how good the big zuuke turns and it also feels like a 250F sometime in weight.

And i hope and think the entire suzuki staff are excited to have Chad Reed to ride their big bike and they really work hard.  And they also have  Ricky Carmichael who help them make even more progression  and developing with their bikes.  ( And Roger Decoster always work  hard to get the best equipment. And dont forget Mike Gosselar, i dont know but when Carmichael had him as mechanic he didn´t have a DNF anytime ? They seems to be a hard working team with a desire to win.

 

This will be all good Chad =) Keep it up and we see you on the podium 09.

hey, what the heck, man? how could you change to sosucky (sorry, i mean suzuki), i love yamaha and you used to be my favorite racer. i used to look up to you. but im staying with yamaha. im dissipointed, right after you one in '08 on a yamaha you change to a suzuki in '09. whatever man

its a factory ride you gotta expect it to be amazing right two two? i owned a new 05 gsxr 600 back few years so im already a fan of the zook. the efi will be sweeet. unfortunately i cant afford to changeover from my 07 yz450 to a rm450. but the yz she is a good bike and is more than enough 4 my ability. are you still gonna wear Thor Reedy?

Im glad you are comfortable with your bike Chad. It always make it easier when you are comfortable. Ive got two kids that cant wait to see you race the new bike (me as well). Good luck and we will be cheering for ya!!!!

Twotwo im stoked for you that you got to go to a team and with a deal that you wanted , thats the best way and awsome news. a Happy racer is a highly motivated racer :) as much a it would have been cool for you to come home and race tin tops theres unfinished work in the us with SX / MX and here with SuperX

Yamagirl 46 - the ecu basically meters the fuel in regards to how much air comes in and how much fuel is actually burning and tries to optimize the whole procedure, previously this was done by re-jetting carbies. however If you change the pipe in the old system you need bike re-jetting, with the new one you need a re-map of the ecu. Theoretically the re-jet will take longer, which would mean higher labour cost, however since the tuners need special hardware, no doubt they will bump up the cost no matter how quick and simple it is.

BTW Why am I not surprised that half of that list is still the same...

Chad ,,lol glad u or talkative now after all the suspense,,, Im sure Ill be able too chk the RaRutki out,Im a 2 smoker fan and when i seen ya discribe it as a smoker with 4 toker combined,, Ill have too chk it out.. but as for going YELLA,(no punn intended ;). ) Ill wait till yam gets it,,,i image it sounds way dfrnt as a spectator???,,that red bak ground does look sweet on that SADzuki,did I say that out loud??? lol anyways,,,,GL CHAD,,,,

Well sad days on the true blue side of things..... =( But, once a Reed fan always a Reed fan!!! The bike is pretty sweet I will admit that. The kid in a candy store look and the excitement of the change will just give that extra boost of fun you want! As for the EFI it is a fact I'm told any ametures that go EFI and want to change out a pipe you will have to remap it.... so computer time like the street bikes? It might be a cost factor for some but the EFI would be worth it I think.
